These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to acgutterstx.com and to gutter services offered by A.C. Houston Seamless Gutters LLC (“AC Houston,” “we,” “us”). They are written to match how we actually work. They are not a substitute for advice from your own attorney.

If you do not agree, do not use the website and do not schedule work. Using the site, calling, texting, or emailing us for a quote means you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

We are a locally owned, owner-operated gutter contractor. We install, repair, and protect residential gutter systems in Houston, Missouri City, Pearland, Cypress, Rosharon, and nearby communities. We confirm ZIP codes before we book.

2. This website is not the contract

Pages, photos, prices mentioned in ads, and service descriptions are general information. They are not a bid, not an offer, and not a promise that we will take every job. There is no quote form on this site. A job starts only after we inspect or review what you send, we give you a price, and you accept that price in writing (text or email is enough).

If these website Terms and a written estimate, invoice, or warranty card disagree, the written job papers control that job. These website Terms still control use of the site.

3. Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and are not binding until you accept them. Price depends on roof layout, footage, material, color, access, height, fascia condition, downspout count, and what we find on site. If the house does not match the photos, the phone description, or the first walkthrough, we will stop and give you a revised price before we continue.

We do not invent a deposit percentage on this page. Payment timing is stated on the estimate you accept.

4. Scope, access, and changes

You agree to give safe, reasonable access on the scheduled day (gates unlocked, cars moved, pets secured, HOA or neighbor notice if your property requires it). Tell us before we arrive about known rot, prior leaks, electrical lines, or work another contractor already started.

We do not move or reset items we did not agree to move. Extra footage, extra downspouts, fascia repair, or hidden damage is a change. We will price it and get your okay before doing that extra work.

5. Scheduling and weather

Dates are estimates. Houston rain, lightning, high wind, material delays, or unsafe roof conditions can move a job. A weather or safety delay is not a breach. We will contact you to reschedule.

6. Payments

Pay by the method we state on the estimate. We may ask for payment before, during, or when the job is done, depending on scope. Unpaid balances may pause remaining work and may be collected as Texas law allows. Do not send card numbers, bank passwords, or Social Security numbers by email or SMS.

7. Workmanship warranty

New qualifying installations include a written 15-year workmanship warranty, as described on the warranty document we give you after the job. That paper is the warranty. Marketing lines on this site do not add coverage.

The workmanship warranty covers our install labor on the work we performed. It does not cover:

• Storms, hail, wind, falling limbs, or other weather
• Clogs, lack of cleaning, or debris you leave in the system
• Changes or attachments by another person after we leave
• Fascia, roofing, paint, or structure we did not replace
• Color fade, normal wear, or manufacturer material limits
• Repair-only work, unless the estimate says a repair is warranted and for how long

Warranty service requires that the invoice is paid. Contact us at the phone or email above. We will inspect and, if the claim is covered, repair our workmanship.

8. Water, foundation, and results

A gutter system is one part of exterior water management. We install to move roof water into the gutter and out the downspouts as scoped. We do not promise that a house will never see standing water, slab movement, mold, or landscape erosion. Soil, grading, roofs, and storms outside the gutter line are not in our scope unless the written estimate says so.

9. Photos

We may photograph finished work for the job file, this website, Google, and ads. We show the house and the gutter line. We do not publish your name or street address with the photo. To ask that a finished job be taken off the site, email us. Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Website use and intellectual property

Text, layout, logos, and project photos on this site belong to A.C. Houston Seamless Gutters LLC unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy the site for your own business use without written permission. Do not scrape, overload, or attack the site. Do not send false job requests or impersonate another homeowner.

11. Third-party links

Google reviews, maps, and ad platforms are run by those companies. Their terms apply when you leave this site. We do not invent customer quotes; full reviews are on our Google Business Profile.

12. Limitation of liability

Website. We provide the site “as is.” We are not liable for errors on a page, downtime, or your use of a third-party link. Texas law may not allow some limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.

Gutter work. For a job you hired us to do, our responsibility is to perform the scoped work in a workmanlike manner and to honor the written warranty. We are not liable for lost profits, emotional distress, or other indirect losses, or for damage caused by weather, hidden rot we could not see, or work you or another contractor did. Nothing in this section takes away a right Texas law does not let a homeowner waive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when the site or our practices change. The date at the top is the current version. Later visits and later jobs use the version then posted, unless a signed job paper says otherwise.

14. Governing law

Texas law governs these Terms and our services, without using conflict-of-law rules that would pick another state. Venue for disputes that must go to court is a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless the law requires another forum.
