This site does not collect comments or accounts
There is no public comment form, no customer login, and no website quote form. We do not use Gravatar on this site. If you want an estimate, you call, text, or email. Do not treat older WordPress “comments / login / media upload” language as our practice — that default text does not apply here.
Information you send us
When you contact us, we receive what you choose to send, including:

- Your name, ZIP, address, and job details, if you provide them
- Photos or videos of a gutter line, roof edge, or problem area, if you attach them
We use that information to respond, confirm we serve your ZIP, prepare a free estimate, schedule work, perform the job, honor warranty questions, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
If you text or email photos, send only what is needed to scope the gutter work. Avoid pictures of children, interiors, or documents. You may strip location (EXIF GPS) from photos before sending. We are not responsible for location data that remains in a file you choose to send.
Phone and text
Call and text links on this site open your own phone. You start the conversation. We use the number you used to reply about your estimate or job. We do not operate a separate website signup for marketing texts. Standard carrier rates may apply. To stop texts from us, reply STOP or tell us on the thread.
Job-site photos we take
We photograph finished gutter work to document the job and, at times, to show examples on this website, Google Business Profile, and ads. Those photos show the house and the gutter line. We do not publish your name or street address with a project photo. If you want a completed job removed from our site, email info@acgutterstx.com with the page URL or a description of the house. We will review the request in good faith. We may keep private job photos in the project file for warranty and quality records.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host and WordPress environment may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. We use that to keep the site running, diagnose errors, and reduce abuse.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar tools. They are not limited to a “comment cookie.” Current categories:
- Essential. WordPress / hosting cookies needed for the site to load and for an administrator to log in to the CMS. Visitors do not need an account.

We do not paste extra Google Tag Manager containers on this site. Third parties have their own policies:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use industry opt-outs such as Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, and use a browser with tracking protection. Blocking cookies may affect how ads are measured. It does not stop you from calling or texting us.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Website hosting, security, and WordPress tooling
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps) and Meta (Pixel), as described above
- Phone / SMS / email providers that carry the message you send
- Professional advisers or insurers, if a claim or legal matter requires it
- Authorities, if the law requires disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. A sale of the business, if it ever happened, could include customer records as part of that transaction, still for gutter-related operations.
How long we keep information
Quote and job records (phone, texts, emails, addresses, photos, invoices, warranty notes) are kept as long as needed to perform the work, honor a workmanship warranty, and meet tax or legal record-keeping. Analytics and ad platforms keep data under their own retention settings. Server logs are kept for a short operational period unless we need them to investigate abuse.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us what contact or job records we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete records we are not required to keep. Email info@acgutterstx.com or call (832) 516-4349. We may need to confirm it is you. We may retain information we must keep for warranty, accounting, fraud prevention, or law.
If a privacy law gives you additional rights, send the same request and we will review it. We serve Texas homeowners and do not target children.
Children
This website is for adult homeowners and property decision-makers. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it from our active files where we can.
Links and reviews
Links to Google reviews, maps, or other sites are operated by those companies. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave acgutterstx.com. We do not invent customer quotes on our Reviews page; full reviews live on our Google Business Profile.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for a small contractor website and ordinary phone/email. No website, text thread, or email system is completely secure. Do not send payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial data by email or SMS.
Changes
We may update this page when our site, tools, or practices change. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means the new text applies to later visits and later contacts.
